Order Cancellation Policy
As our meals are cooked to order, fresh each week, our ability to cancel and refund your order is based on the time remaining before your order is due to be delivered.


Orders cancelled prior to 11:59pm Tuesday – Our team is happy to provide a full refund on any orders cancelled.


Orders cancelled prior to 12pm Wednesday – Our team will aim to assist with your cancellation as best possible based on factors such as if a courier has been booked, ingredients ordered or if
our team has begun to prepare your order. We reserve the right to refund your order in full or partly based on the above factors.


If we have prepared and/or despatched your order, we will be unable to process your cancellation request. We reserve the right to charge any restocking fees or cancellation fees as per our terms and conditions.


Order Cancellation Process
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email with your Full Name, Contact Number and Order Number as soon as possible. 


You can also use this email if you need to make any changes to your order, such as delay delivery, change of address or alterations to your order.


If you have a FEEST subscription, you are responsible for making any changes, pausing or cancelling your subscription as required. This should be made before Tuesday 3pm each week

Our couriers are under instructions to deliver your order with care. However, incidents do occasionally happen. Should you receive damaged or broken meals, please reach out to our team ( and a refund will be arranged for you.


Please note, due to the nature of food purchases, we are unable to provide refunds for ‘change of mind’ reasons.
